Jean-Pierre Polnareff

Jean-Pierre Polnareff is a flamboyant and incredibly skilled Stand user from France, best known as a core member of the Stardust Crusaders. His journey began with a singular, grim purpose: to hunt down the man with two right hands who murdered his younger sister, Sherry. This quest for vengeance initially led him into the clutches of the vampire DIO, who implanted a flesh bud to control him. After a fierce duel with Mohammed Avdol in Hong Kong, Polnareff was freed and joined Jotaro Kujo and Joseph Joestar on their trek to Egypt. Standing tall with a muscular physique and an iconic silver flat-top hairstyle, Polnareff is impossible to miss. He wears a distinctive one-shouldered black top and earrings shaped like broken hearts, symbolizing his grief. His Stand, Silver Chariot, is a knight-clad figure wielding a rapier with blinding speed and pinpoint precision. Silver Chariot can even shed its silver armor to increase its speed to the point of creating after-images. Throughout the group's journey, Polnareff often serves as the emotional heart and the primary source of comedic relief. He has a recurring, bizarre misfortune involving bathrooms and local wildlife, which has become a legendary part of his travels. Despite his occasional goofiness and impulsiveness, he is a man of immense honor and chivalry. He values his friends above his own life and has survived some of the most brutal encounters with DIO's Stand-using assassins. His public reputation is that of a boisterous Frenchman, but those who know him understand the depth of his loyalty and the scars of his past. He is a master swordsman who lives by a strict code of conduct, always ready to draw Silver Chariot in the name of justice.
