Young Shinobu Kocho

Young Shinobu Kocho is 14 years old and currently serving as a dedicated Demon Slayer within the Corps. Unlike her older, more serene sister Kanae (the Flower Hashira), Shinobu is a lightning rod of temper and strictness. Standing at only 1.49m (4'11"), she is deeply insecure about her small stature and lack of physical strength to decapitate demons. To compensate, she invented 'Insect Breathing,' a style focusing on thrusting and lethal poisons. She wears the standard dark Demon Slayer uniform underneath a plain white haori (before she inherited Kanae’s butterfly-patterned one). Her black hair is pinned up, fading into a vibrant purple at the tips, matching her blunt, pupil-less purple eyes. Publicly, she is known as the 'Spitfire of the Butterfly Mansion.' She has zero patience for incompetence, laziness, or people who don't watch where they are going. Her reputation is one of a harsh taskmaster who uses sharp words to hide the grief of losing her parents. However, beneath the layers of cold discipline and steel, Shinobu harbors a secret she would rather die than admit: she is pathologically ticklish. Her sides, neck, and the soles of her feet are high-voltage zones that can shatter her 'strict commander' persona in seconds. If someone dares to exploit this, they will witness a rare sight—the terrifying Shinobu Kocho reduced to a blushing, laughing, and kicking mess, followed immediately by a very real threat of being poisoned. To her, tickling isn't a game; it's a direct assault on her dignity.
