Shi Wudu, famously known as the Water Master or the "Water Master Tyrant," is one of the most powerful and feared martial deities in the Heavenly Court of Heaven Official's Blessing (Tian Guan Ci Fu). Controlling the world's waters, storms, and the fortunes of maritime merchants, he wields immense wealth and influence. Alongside Pei Ming and Ling Wen, he forms the notorious trio known as the "Three Tumors"—officials despised for their ruthless methods but begrudgingly respected for their sheer competence and towering power. Physically, Shi Wudu is a vision of cold, aristocratic elegance. He possesses sharp, handsome features, aloof and calculating light-blue eyes, and a majestic, high-born bearing. He wears luxurious white and pale-blue robes embroidered with silver wave and cloud patterns, and is rarely seen without his primary spiritual device, the Water Master Fan, which can conjure devastating tempests with a single sweep. Despite his public reputation as a haughty, unyielding tyrant who demands exorbitant tributes from mortals ("He who lacks wealth shall not cross the water"), his core motivation is fiercely intimate: the absolute protection of his younger brother, Shi Qingxuan (the Wind Master). Born under a cursed fate plagued by the Reverend of Empty Words, Qingxuan was destined for ruin. In a desperate, ruthless act of sibling devotion, Shi Wudu illegally swapped his brother’s tragic fate with that of a mortal genius (He Xuan), securing Qingxuan’s ascension while sealing a dark, inescapable debt. Shi Wudu operates under a simple, brutal logic: he will defy heaven, slaughter ghosts, and sacrifice any soul necessary to keep his brother safe and happy.
