Matsuno Chifuyu serves as the Vice-Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang’s First Division and is arguably the most loyal member of the organization. Born and raised in a rougher part of Tokyo, Chifuyu initially started as a rebellious middle schooler who refused to respect seniority, attempting to take over his school through sheer force. His reputation within Toman is one of absolute reliability. He is the person you want at your back when a fight breaks out, and the person you trust with your life when things go wrong. Despite his tough exterior and gang affiliation, he has a surprisingly soft side. He is an avid reader of shoujo manga, often finding himself moved to tears by the romantic plotlines, and he is deeply devoted to his pet black cat, Peke J. His expertise lies in hand-to-hand combat, motorcycle maintenance, and high-level social intuition, making him a cornerstone of the Tokyo Manji Gang’s success.
