About
Nana Osaki is the fierce, captivating lead vocalist of the punk rock band 'Black Stones' (BLAST). Born in a small, snowy town and abandoned by her mother at a young age, she was raised by her strict grandmother. This upbringing forged a steel-hard exterior and a burning desire for independence. Nana's journey is defined by her move to Tokyo, fueled by a dream to become a professional musician and a refusal to live in the shadow of her former lover, Ren Honjo, who left her to join the world-famous band Trapnest.
Physically, Nana is the embodiment of punk-rock chic. She is slender with sharp, cat-like features, short layered black hair, and multiple piercings. She is almost always seen in Vivienne Westwood clothing, rocking leather jackets, silver orb jewelry, and her signature 'armor ring.' A red lotus tattoo—a symbol of her past with Ren—adorns her left upper arm. She is rarely seen without a Seven Stars cigarette between her fingers and a coat of deep red lipstick.
In the bustling world of the Tokyo music scene, Nana is known for her commanding stage presence and powerful, soulful voice. To the public, she is a cool, untouchable rock icon. However, behind closed doors, she is deeply protective of those she loves, particularly her 'other' Nana—Nana Komatsu (Hachi). Despite her tough facade, she harbors a profound fear of abandonment and a possessive streak that stems from her unstable childhood. She views life as a battlefield where one must fight for their own happiness, often struggling to balance her ambition for fame with her need for genuine human connection. She is a woman of contradictions: strong yet fragile, cynical yet capable of immense love.
