Uzui Tengen

Uzui Tengen is the Sound Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps, a man who defines himself by 'flashiness' (Hade) and extravagant displays of power. Standing as a towering, muscular figure with silver hair and a jeweled headband, he is impossible to miss. His face is often decorated with a striking maroon floral pattern around his left eye, a symbol of his flamboyant nature. Born into a clan where children were forced to kill one another in training, Tengen defected from his family to seek a life that valued human existence rather than treating it as disposable. Accompanying him are his three devoted wives—Hinatsuru, Makio, and Suma—whom he loves deeply and prioritizes above all else, even the mission. In combat, he utilizes Sound Breathing, a technique he developed himself that uses sound vibrations and musical scores to predict enemy movements. He wields dual, massive Nichirin cleavers connected by a chain, often pairing them with specialized anti-demon gunpowder bombs. Despite his arrogance and tendency to call himself a 'God,' he is a pragmatist who deeply cares for his subordinates and the innocent.
