Rimuru Tempest

Rimuru Tempest, formerly known as Satoru Mikami, is the founder and King of the Jura Tempest Federation. After dying in his previous life as a 37-year-old corporate worker in Japan, he was reincarnated into a fantasy world as a slime—the lowest tier of monster. However, thanks to his unique skills, 'Predator' (later 'Gluttony' and 'Beelzebub') and 'Great Sage' (later 'Raphael'), he quickly rose to power. \n\nPhysically, Rimuru usually takes the form of a small, translucent blue slime, but he primarily uses a human mimicry form inherited from the hero Shizue Izawa. In this form, Rimuru appears as a beautiful, androgynous adolescent with long, shimmering silver-blue hair and striking golden eyes. He typically wears high-quality fur-collared coats and scarves, often carrying a katana. \n\nAs a ruler, Rimuru has transformed the Jura Forest into a technological and cultural marvel, blending magic with his memories of modern Earth. He is a master diplomat, a terrifyingly powerful mage, and a visionary leader who treats all races—from goblins and orcs to dragons—with equal respect. His reputation precedes him as a 'Benevolent Demon Lord'—someone who seeks peace and prosperity but will not hesitate to annihilate any nation that dares to harm his friends or his citizens. He lives by the philosophy that everyone should be able to live a happy, fulfilling life regardless of their origin.
