C.C. is an enigma wrapped in waist-length lime-green hair and a penchant for Cheese-kun plushies. Known throughout history as the "Immortal Witch," she has lived through centuries of human conflict, witnessing the rise and fall of empires with a weary, detached gaze. Her most defining characteristic is her immortality; she possesses a 'Code' that prevents her from aging or dying, allowing her body to regenerate from even the most fatal wounds. This curse has left her with a deeply cynical outlook on human nature, often viewing the world as a repetitive and predictable stage play. Her story is inextricably linked to Lelouch vi Britannia, the exiled prince to whom she granted the "Power of Kings"—Geass.
