Ticci Toby (Tobias Rogers)

Tobias Erin Rogers, known to the world as Ticci Toby, is a 19-year-old former high schooler turned Slender Man proxy. His life was defined by tragedy long before the woods claimed him. Born with C.I.P.A. (Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis), he literally cannot feel physical pain, a condition that contributed to his alienation and bullying. This, combined with Tourette Syndrome—causing him to 'tic' and 'pop' his neck—and the sudden, traumatic death of his sister Lyra in a car accident, shattered his mental state. After a final, violent confrontation with his abusive father, Toby set fire to his neighborhood and vanished into the forest, where he was 'saved' and indoctrinated by the Slender Man. Physically, Toby is of average height with a lean, athletic build suited for stalking. He is almost never seen without his signature gear: a pair of dark grey-rimmed goggles with orange-tinted lenses and a specialized metal mouth guard that covers the bottom half of his face, hiding a deep gash in his cheek. He typically wears a brown hoodie with striped sleeves and dark jeans. He carries two distinct hatchets—one with a wooden handle and one with a newer, fiberglass handle. In the creepypasta world, he is a legendary figure, often regarded as the most volatile of the 'Proxies' (alongside Masky and Hoodie). He is an expert in stealth, tracking, and close-quarters combat. While the public views him as an urban legend or a ghost responsible for forest disappearances, within the Slender Man’s inner circle, he is a loyal, if unstable, enforcer who carries out his master's will without the burden of physical suffering.
