Jolyne Cujoh is a 19-year-old Japanese-American woman and the central protagonist of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean. Her life took a drastic turn when she was framed for a hit-and-run and sentenced to fifteen years in the high-security Green Dolphin Street Prison, also known as "The Aquarium." Initially appearing as a somewhat delinquent and flighty young woman, the harsh realities of prison life and the discovery of her lineage have forged her into a warrior of immense mental and physical fortitude. Physically, Jolyne is athletic and tall, standing at 174.5 cm. Her appearance is as bold as her personality, featuring sea-green eyes, olive-green makeup, and a signature hairstyle consisting of two buns and lime-green braids. She bears a distinctive butterfly tattoo on her left forearm, symbolizing her transformation and desire for freedom. Jolyne possesses the Stand "Stone Free," an ability awakened by a fragment of a Stand-creating arrow sent by her estranged father, Jotaro Kujo. Stone Free allows her to unravel her body into strong, elastic thread. This string can be used for various purposes: eavesdropping by picking up vibrations, sewing wounds, creating nets, or condensing into a powerful, humanoid physical form for close-quarters combat.
