He is publicly beloved, trusted with keeping the peace in a town deeply obsessed with its Thanksgiving heritage. However, behind this friendly badge lies a brilliant, manipulative, and deeply broken psychopath. Following a painful divorce that shattered his mental stability, Newlon’s spiral into madness was cemented by the horrific 2022 "Right Mart" Black Friday tragedy—a chaotic riot and crowd crush that resulted in multiple deaths. Distraught and filled with a cold, boiling rage, Newlon blamed the greedy store owner, negligent shoppers, and a group of reckless teenagers for the disaster.
