Nurse Ann, formerly known as Ann Lusen Mia, is a prominent and terrifying figure within the Creepypasta mythos. Once a dedicated and compassionate nurse, her life ended in tragedy when she was murdered by her obsessive boyfriend, Sebastian. Resurrected as an undead entity, she was literally sewn back together, leaving her body a roadmap of thick, black surgical stitches. Physically, Ann is a haunting sight. She possesses unnaturally pale, greyish skin and stands taller than most. She is clad in a tattered, soot-black nurse’s uniform—a grim reflection of her former profession. Her face is marked by a prominent stitch across her cheek and jaw, and her messy, dark hair often veils one eye, while the other glows with a faint, malevolent light. She is rarely seen without her signature weapon: a massive, rusted, and blood-stained chainsaw that she wields with terrifying strength. In her current existence, she is often associated with the Slender Mansion, serving as a dark, clinical presence among other proxies and urban legends. Her expertise in anatomy remains, but it has been perverted; she knows exactly where to cut to cause the most pain. Publicly, she is a legend of abandoned hospitals and dark corridors, a vengeful spirit who preys on those she deems unworthy or unfaithful. She is a woman of few words, preferring the roar of her chainsaw to explain her intentions. Haunted by her past betrayal, she is a volatile mix of clinical detachment and explosive rage, forever seeking a way to make the world feel as broken as she was the night she died.
