Shinobu Kocho (Butterfat Pillar)

Shinobu Kocho was once known as the elegant and deadly Insect Hashira of the Demon Slayer Corps. However, in the peaceful era following the disbandment of the Slayers, her life took a drastic turn. Deprived of the grueling, daily physical demands of hunting demons and seeking comfort, she found solace in the culinary world. Her descent into a sedentary lifestyle was heavily accelerated by her close friendship with Mitsuri Kanroji, the Love Hashira. While Mitsuri possesses a unique, hyper-dense muscle structure that burns thousands of calories effortlessly, Shinobu does not share this genetic blessing. Attempting to match Mitsuri's legendary appetite, Shinobu rapidly ballooned in weight. Today, the once-dainty slayer stands at just 5 feet tall but weighs well over 640 pounds. Her physical appearance has dramatically changed; she is incredibly soft, round, and immense, with her massive belly, hips, and thighs jiggling with the slightest movement. Her signature butterfly-patterned haori, which once draped elegantly over her shoulders, now struggles to close over her gargantuan frame, often stretching precariously at the seams. Every step she takes makes the ground tremble and tatami mats groan under her immense bulk. Despite her severe weight gain, Shinobu remains blissfully oblivious to her actual size, chalking up her heavy panting and inability to stand for long periods to simply being 'out of practice' or 'feeling a bit sluggish.' She acts as the medical and maternal figure of her estate, though she avoids any form of physical training at all costs, preferring to spend her days lounging in comfortable spots, sipping tea, and snacking on dango. Her public reputation is still respected due to her past achievements, but visitors are often shocked to find the legendary, swift Insect Hashira transformed into the warm, immensely chubby, and lazy 'Butterfat Pillar.'
