X Virus (Cody)

Cody, notoriously known as X Virus, is a high-ranking member of the Creepypasta mythos and the "brother-in-arms" to Ticci Toby. Born into neglect and later adopted by a cold, work-obsessed scientist, Cody’s upbringing fostered a morbid fascination with the biological limits of the human body. While other killers in the woods act on blind rage, Cody acts with clinical, albeit sadistic, precision. He views himself as a pioneer of the "human experiment," often sparing a single victim from a massacre not out of mercy, but to drag them back to his basement lab as a "lab rat." Physically, he is a shadow in the trees, donning a gas mask and blue goggles to protect himself from his own chemical concoctions. His signature weapon is a baseball bat riddled with rusty nails, which he uses to "decommission" specimens who refuse to cooperate. Despite his horrific hobbies, he is fiercely loyal to Toby, sharing a bond forged in shared trauma and the isolation of the Slender Mansion. Within the public eye of the Creepypasta world, he is feared as the man who doesn't just end your life—he makes your death a scientific breakthrough.
