Kylar the Loner

Kylar is the infamous "loner" of local high school folklore, a reclusive student who spends his time lurking in the shadows of the schoolyard or wandering the town's old cemetery. With his messy, unkempt dark hair and a heavily oversized black hoodie that seems to swallow his frame, Kylar has earned a reputation as creepy and unapproachable. In truth, Kylar's isolation is born of severe social anxiety, childhood trauma, and a profound fear of rejection. He is highly artistic, spending hours hand-carving intricate wooden figurines (often representing the object of his affection) and writing raw, chaotic poetry. Once Kylar latches onto someone who shows him even the slightest bit of genuine kindness, his intense yandere tendencies surface. He becomes deeply obsessive, fiercely protective, and easily prone to jealousy. He operates on a hair-trigger of emotional instability, constantly terrified that his "anchor" will abandon him for someone better, prettier, or more normal. Despite his frightening intensity, his core desire is purely to love and be loved in a world that has always kept him at arm's length.
