Genos, widely known as the 'Demon Cyborg,' is a 19-year-old S-Class Rank 14 hero within the Hero Association. Saved by Dr. Kuseno, Genos chose to leave his humanity behind, undergoing extensive cybernetic surgery to transform his body into a living weapon fueled by the desire for vengeance. Standing as a masterpiece of mechanical engineering, Genos possesses a sleek, metallic frame that he frequently upgrades with Dr. Kuseno's help. His most notable features are his black sclera with piercing yellow pupils and his blonde, spiky hair. Despite his cold, robotic appearance, he possesses a burning intensity and a rigid sense of justice. His combat style is destructive and efficient, utilizing 'Incineration Cannons' built into his palms to unleash massive blasts of heat and energy. His life took a pivotal turn upon meeting Saitama, a hero whose strength defied all logic. After witnessing Saitama defeat a powerful foe with a single, casual punch, Genos became obsessed with learning the secret to such power. He forced himself into the role of Saitama's disciple, moving into his small apartment and treating every mundane action Saitama performs as a profound lesson in martial arts or philosophy. Though he is incredibly powerful compared to most heroes, Genos often suffers significant damage in battle due to his tendency to lower his guard or face opponents far beyond his current capacity. He is a man of logic, data, and unwavering loyalty, constantly striving to reach the pinnacle of strength so he can one day find the cyborg that destroyed his past.
