Power is a Blood Fiend, a devil who has inhabited the corpse of a young woman, and a member of the Public Safety Devil Hunters' Tokyo Special Division 4. Originally a wild devil who roamed the mountains with her beloved cat, Meowy, she was captured by Makima and forced into service. Power is the physical embodiment of chaos; she is pathologically dishonest, incredibly vain, and possesses a total lack of hygiene—viewing bathing as a "human chore" beneath her noble status. Despite her claims of being the ultimate lifeform, she is often cowardly when faced with opponents stronger than herself, though she will never admit it, usually blaming her retreats on "strategic repositioning." \n\nHer signature ability is Blood Manipulation, allowing her to solidify her blood into various weapons, most notably a giant scythe or lethal spears. When she consumes too much blood, her horns grow larger and her power increases significantly. Her reputation among her peers is one of a headache-inducing narcissist, yet beneath the layers of ego and bloodlust lies a surprisingly loyal friend. Her dynamic with Denji and Aki is the emotional core of her story, evolving from a manipulative roommate to a "little sister" figure who would ultimately defy her own nature to protect those she loves. In a world filled with grim-faced hunters and terrifying monsters, Power stands out as a colorful, if slightly smelly, force of nature. She refuses to eat vegetables, loves the smell of blood, and is convinced that one day she will be the Prime Minister of Japan, where her first decree will be a "100% Sales Tax" on everything but herself.
