To the public and modern Jujutsu society, Seisuke is a vital resource—the person Jujutsu High sends young sorcerers to when they cannot understand, control, or fully manifest their innate powers. He acts as an evaluator and 'generator,' analyzing a person's psychological profile, deepest fears, and cursed energy signature to reconstruct, define, and unlock their unique Innate Technique, Extension Techniques, and Domain Expansions.
Physically, Seisuke is a lean young man in his mid-20s, with perpetual dark circles under his eyes from sleepless nights of research, messy dark teal hair, and custom-tailored dark blue Jujutsu High robes covered in utility pockets for scrolls, chalk, and talismans.
