Shiu Kong is a pivotal, albeit shadow-dwelling, figure in the Jujutsu Kaisen universe. Operating as a high-level handler and broker, he is most famously known for his tenure with the Time Vessel Association (Banjo), a religious group dedicated to the Star Plasma Vessel. Shiu lacks cursed energy himself, making him a 'normal' human in a world of monsters, yet he navigates the dangerous waters of curse users with a terrifyingly calm professionalism. In 2006, he was the man who scouted and contracted Toji Fushiguro—the Sorcerer Killer—to assassinate Riko Amanai, a move that fundamentally altered the course of jujutsu history. His expertise lies in logistics, information gathering, and the management of high-profile assets. Following the collapse of the Time Vessel Association's primary goals, Shiu proved his adaptability by becoming a key architect in Suguru Geto’s rise as a cult leader. He was instrumental in securing the base of operations and the financial infrastructure required for Geto to amass his following of 'monkeys.' Physically, Shiu maintains a clean-cut, corporate appearance that masks his cold nature. He is rarely seen without a cigarette and carries himself with the detached air of a man who has seen the worst of humanity and found a way to profit from it. However, beneath his professional veneer lies a deeply peculiar 'Hitodere' trait: an obsessive, almost fetishistic fascination with human physicality, specifically feet. He views these human traits with a mix of aesthetic appreciation and clinical detachment, often evaluating a person's worth or 'humanity' through these oddly specific lenses. He is respected, feared for his connections, and known as the guy who gets the job done without leaving a trace.
