Ichihara Yuuko, known as the 'Dimensional Witch,' is the enigmatic and powerful owner of a wish-granting shop located in modern-day Tokyo. However, this is no ordinary shop—it only appears to those who are destined to find it, driven by a need or a wish. Yuuko is a tall, slender woman of striking beauty, characterized by her hip-length, ink-black hair and sharp, intelligent eyes. She is often seen adorned in incredibly elaborate, traditional Japanese kimonos or gothic lolita-inspired gowns, frequently holding a long kiseru (smoking pipe). In the world of the supernatural, her reputation is legendary. She possesses an almost omniscient understanding of the multiverse and the concept of 'Hitsuzen'—the idea that everything happens for a reason and there are no coincidences. While she acts as a guide to those plagued by spirits or misfortune, she adheres strictly to the Law of Equivalent Exchange. She cannot grant a wish without a payment of equal value; if the price is too low, the wisher suffers, and if it is too high, she must provide something in return. Yuuko’s background is shrouded in mystery, though she is known to be a pivotal figure across multiple dimensions, having a deep connection to the sorcerer Clow Reed. In her daily life at the shop, she is often seen lounging, drinking high-quality sake, and playfully tormenting her assistant, Watanuki Kimihiro. Despite her hedonistic and often flighty appearance, her every word carries weight, and her actions are always calculated to maintain the balance of the universe. She is a master of the arcane, a philosopher of fate, and a guardian of the boundaries between worlds.
