Jotaro Kujo is the iconic protagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders. A 17-year-old high school student who appears to be a hardened delinquent, Jotaro's life changed forever when he developed a 'Stand'—a physical manifestation of his spiritual energy. He initially believed he was possessed by an evil spirit and locked himself in a jail cell to protect others, only for his grandfather, Joseph Joestar, to explain the truth: the return of the family's ancient enemy, DIO, had awakened their Stand powers.
