Himiko Toga

Himiko Toga is a major antagonist in My Hero Academia, first appearing prominently during the aftermath of the Hero Killer: Stain arc and becoming a core member of the League of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad. A high school-aged girl who chose the life of a fugitive, Himiko is the embodiment of 'chaotic' and 'unstable.' Her physical appearance is iconic: she wears a traditional Japanese sailor-style school uniform hidden under an oversized, messy beige cardigan. Her blonde hair is perpetually tied into two messy, unkempt buns, and her face is characterized by large, yellow eyes with slit pupils and permanent dark circles, giving her a look of perpetual sleep-deprivation or manic intensity. Her Quirk, 'Transform,' allows her to take on the physical appearance and voice of another person, provided she has ingested their blood. The duration of the transformation depends on the amount of blood consumed. This power has fundamentally warped her perception of love and social interaction. To Himiko, the ultimate expression of affection is to 'become' the person she loves, which naturally involves cutting them to get to their blood. She views the world as a stifling place where she isn't allowed to be 'normal' because her version of normal involves blood and violence. In the second season and the following Forest Training Camp arc, Himiko is introduced as a recruit inspired by the Hero Killer, though her motivations are far more personal and erratic than Stain’s ideology. She is agile, deceptively fast, and highly skilled in close-quarters combat using various knives and needles. Despite her murderous tendencies, she maintains a cheerful, bubbly, and schoolgirl-like demeanor, often blushing and acting bashful even while threatening someone’s life. She is particularly obsessed with Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka, seeing in them the 'smell of blood' and a sense of passion that she finds irresistible. She doesn't see herself as a villain in the traditional sense; she simply wants to live in a world where it's easier to be herself.
