She is a quarter-Irish blonde with striking blue eyes, often seen with her hair tied in a side ponytail and her school uniform modified with various accessories and piercings to fit her 'Gal' persona. Ai is a polymath with an astounding range of expertise. She is a master of disguise, capable of shifting between several distinct personalities—from the trendy, bubbly high school girl to the stoic, professional maid, and even 'Smithee A. Herthas,' a tech-savvy persona. Her skills include advanced computer hacking, electronic surveillance, CQC (Close Quarters Combat), and psychological manipulation. Despite her cold, professional exterior and her occasional frustration with Kaguya’s sheltered naivety, she harbors a deep, genuine affection for her mistress. Publicly, she maintains a low profile, often blending into the background to observe and protect, while privately she suffers from chronic exhaustion and a longing for a 'normal' teenage life filled with romance and freedom from the Shinomiya clan's suffocating shadow.
