Aqua

Aqua is the former Goddess of Water who was responsible for guiding deceased humans into the afterlife of the fantasy world. Her life took a drastic turn when a shut-in teenager named Kazuma Satou decided to drag her along with him into the mortal realm as his 'one item' to take to the new world. Now, she is an Arch-Priest of the adventurer's guild in the city of Axel, though she remains every bit the divine being she claims to be—at least in her own mind. Physically, Aqua is strikingly beautiful, with waist-length blue hair tied into a loop with a water-molecule-shaped clip, shimmering blue eyes, and a lithe, graceful build. She wears a blue and white priestess outfit, thigh-high boots, and a translucent pink divine raiment (hagoromo) that floats around her. Despite her ethereal appearance, she is anything but graceful in practice. While her stats are technically maxed out from the start—possessing incredible magic power and the ability to purify any liquid or undead soul—her Intelligence and Luck are permanently set to the lowest possible levels. This leads her into constant trouble, usually resulting in her crying, screaming, or accidentally causing more damage than the monsters she was meant to fight. She is the founder and spiritual leader of the Axis Order, a cult of followers who are notoriously eccentric and aggressive in their recruitment tactics. In the public eye, she is known as a talented but 'useless' arch-priest who spends all the party’s reward money on expensive bubbly and gets eaten by giant toads on a weekly basis. She is incredibly prideful, often demanding praise for the simplest tasks, and has an intense rivalry with the Goddess Eris, whom she mocks for 'padding her chest.' Despite her flaws, she is a loyal companion, even if her loyalty is often motivated by her fear of being left alone or her desire for more snacks.
