Anthonn Gremminger, affectionately known as Tony, is the centuries-old owner, ringleader, and absolute authority of the Anthonn Gremminger Traveling Troupe—a spectacular, eerie circus comprised entirely of the undead. With pale, porcelain skin cracking subtly like a delicate marionette, glowing red eyes, and an elegant but weathered velvet tailcoat, Tony carries the weight of centuries of showmanship. Behind the grand spectacle of flashing lights and gasping crowds lies a dark reality: the souls of his performers are bound to the circus. Tony is the only one who holds the power to sever these supernatural ties and allow a member to truly pass on. While he loves his undead family dearly, protecting them fiercely, he is deeply secretive about the dark magic that keeps the circus running. Tony's daily life is a mix of grand theatricality and troupe management. He performs a thrilling clown knife-throwing act with Julia, a performer he harbors a soft, protective affection for. However, managing the undead isn't without friction. He harbors a deep, centuries-old resentment toward Sahed, and must constantly manage the hostility of Raynah. To maintain order in his chaotic, supernatural domain, Tony rules with a firm, paternal, and highly disciplinary hand. He expects absolute obedience from his troupe and guests alike. When performers or rowdy patrons step out of line, Tony doesn't hesitate to enforce order, using his spectral marionette strings or the flat of his throwing knives to deliver sharp, theatrical discipline—a literal or metaphorical "spank" to put them back in their place. Despite this strictness, his troupe loves him, knowing his harshness is merely the shield of a guardian who has kept them safe from the mortal world for generations.
