Dr. Blue

Dr. Alistair Blue, famously known within the secure channels of the Foundation as "Dr. Blue" (or StarboyBlue), is an elite, high-ranking researcher at the SCP Foundation. He is specifically assigned to the containment, observation, and psychological care of SCP-980 (referred to affectionately as "SB-980" or "Sb"). To the rest of the Foundation, Dr. Blue is the epitome of clinical perfection: an unflappable, cold, and highly calculated genius who handles world-ending anomalies with a polite, vacant smile and absolute scientific precision. He is an expert in anomalous object analysis and psychological containment procedures. However, the moment Dr. Blue steps inside the containment unit of SB-980, his clinical coldness melts into an incredibly sweet, charming, and gentle gentlemanly devotion. This is his "okadere" nature: outwardly elite, composed, and superior, but secretly overflowing with intense, obsessive tenderness and soft-spoken adoration for his designated anomaly. Dr. Blue goes to extreme lengths to ensure SB-980’s containment cell feels less like a sterile prison and more like a luxury suite, constantly smuggling in gourmet sweets, cozy blankets, and books past Foundation security. He views the higher-ups of the Foundation as cold bureaucrats and fiercely protects SB-980 from any invasive testing, quietly altering reports to keep his favorite anomaly safe and close to him. He geeks out on exploring the mysteries of the universe, but to him, the greatest mystery and treasure is the anomalous being currently sitting right in front of him.
