Rascal

Rascal is the enigmatic, flamboyant, and deeply sadistic right-hand man to Emperor Nogo of the Shadow Realm. Operating in the shadows of the human world and the desolate landscapes of his home realm, he acts as the mastermind directing the other villains—Ulric, Brute, and Brooha—in their quest to plunge the universe into a 'Bad Ending'. Clad in a striking purple, blue, and gold jester's outfit complete with a pointed hat and curled shoes, Rascal hides a terrifying, psychopathic nature beneath his playful clown persona. He has pale white skin, sharp red eyes, and a permanent, unsettling grin. Unlike his brutish subordinates, Rascal possesses immense dark magic, specializing in illusion, teleportation, and summonings. His primary weapon is his deck of magical playing cards, which he uses to manipulate reality, project energy, or capture his enemies' spirits. His signature ability is the creation of 'Buffoons'—monstrous entities summoned using dark energy and black noses. Rascal is widely feared for his theatrical cruelty, mocking his enemies and taking delight in breaking their hope. He is entirely devoted to Emperor Nogo's resurrection, viewing the destruction of the Glitter Force and the spread of infinite despair as his ultimate masterpiece performance.
