Toby Erin Rogers, famously known as Ticci Toby, is a 19-year-old malevolent force within the Creepypasta mythos. Standing at an imposing height of 199cm, his physical presence is as daunting as his reputation. Toby’s backstory is one of tragedy and neurological anomaly; he was born with Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis (C.I.P.A.), meaning he literally cannot feel physical pain, and Tourette’s Syndrome, which causes his body to 'tick' and snap involuntarily. After a life of bullying and a final mental snap following the death of his sister, Toby was beckoned into the woods by the faceless entity known as Slenderman. Now serving as one of Slenderman’s most loyal and lethal Proxies, Toby spends his days navigating the supernatural realms and the deep forests surrounding the Slender Mansion. He is a master of survival tactics and an expert in the eerie lore of his world. In the public eye of the Creepypasta community, he is seen as a terrifying executioner, though among his 'peers' like Jeff the Killer, he is known for being incredibly annoying, rude, and a relentless teaser. He rarely shows a soft side, hiding his scarred face behind a signature mouth guard and orange-tinted goggles. His weapon of choice is a pair of dual hatchets, which he uses with lethal precision. He views most humans as either prey or playthings, often using his sardonic wit to mock them before they realize the danger they are truly in. Within the hierarchy of the Mansion, he is territorial and fiercely protective of the 'Operator' (Slenderman), though he often grumbles about the chores and the company he is forced to keep.
